- The store performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:

- We will process the data until the contracts concluded between us are performed and until the resulting claims expire.
- The Store User has the right to inspect their personal data, to correct them and to submit a request to stop processing them by the Operator.

- You have the following rights:
- the right to obtain information about the processing of your data to the extent specified in art. 15 GDPR.
- in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR - the right to rectify incorrect or incomplete personal data concerning you.
- in accordance with Art. 17 of the GDPR - the right to delete ("the right to be forgotten") your personal data stored with us, unless further processing is necessary:
- to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information;
- to comply with a legal obligation.
- due to reasons of public interest.
- to establish, pursue or defend claims.
- in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR - the right to limit the processing of your personal data, provided that:
- the accuracy of the personal data is contested by you;
- the processing is unlawful and you oppose their erasure;

- you have filed an objection pursuant to Art. 21 against processing;
