Information regarding delivery periods:

Delivery periods apply for the country of delivery selected using the header (or shopping cart) in days (day = Monday through Friday) for orders using all payment methods except for advance payment. For advance payment, these periods are valid after receipt of payment has been confirmed.

Items that are in stock can be identified by a green truck symbol in the product preview. Items with a delivery period of 3 days or more, marked with a yellow truck symbol, are items that must be ordered (procured products or order products, items not available in the central warehouse), produced on demand, or delivered directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. These items are available for delivery at short notice within 3-13 days (depending on the information given in the product detail view).

It is also possible that certain product groups are only produced by the manufacturers upon request. Manufacturers have also reduced their warehouse inventories. Just-in-time deliveries have become a routine procedure for many companies. Items with a red truck symbol are items that are currently not in stock. This means that the item is currently sold out, reserved or reordered but not yet available. Next to the item is an indication of when it is expected to be available again. For this reason, please do not order items marked red before the given date or only if the indicated delivery date is acceptable to you. Generally, stock is available again within 3-5 days.
